Spigarellie Grand Prix II is a good quality target sight for a recurve well priced and light not as good as the sureloc but still an excellent sight

also have alook at the copper john ANTS ,which you can check out at www.copperjohn.com

In my neck of the woods (Boston, MA, USA) the trendy sights are the Shibuya dual-click (the more carbon the better, and the Sure-lok recurve sights with all of the machined holes in it.

Recurve sights aren't that critical. Lighter is often better, but if you are busy adding counterweights and such then it probably doesn't matter much. The sight just has to hold the aperture steady which isn't that hard since the aperture/sight pin doesn't weigh very much with a recurve.

I shoot an old Toxonics Athenian which works great. I have shot a Spigarelli Carbon 30 and a Cobra Triaxis and liked both.

So my suggestion is get one that you can afford and that you like the looks of. If you need to have something trendy do that.

This is just me being silly but if you want the best cheap sight around you can't go past an ordinary pin :D

for a recurve a sure-loc or a shibuya would have to be the best on the market I like the look of the copper john but have yet to see one in the flesh.

Gareth,
You might like to clarify that, Cheap women??? as in how much you pay for them  or how much they end up costing you :P . Funny how protective recurvers are on "brands" isn't it. For me it's my current sight, the Sure-Loc Contender-X.

Glenn,
Good to see you finally found the Forum. I'm sure you like what you find. Marcus and co. have done an excellent job. So how's that new compound going??

Hey Gary, You still waiting for your gear? Haha Axis with FX limbs in great condition for sale. No I think I would find it hard to go back shooting it after shooting the ultratec.
