A few days ago i found myself stupidly parcticing for 4 hours. At the end i found that my shoulder was tingly and numb. I think i pinched a nerve. I threw a practicie routine together where one day ill to conditioning and the other id do shooting.
mon. Weights,stretching.15 min blank bale
tue. 45-60 min of shooting 70m and 60m(cadet sistances). With 15 min blank bale.
mon.etc
tue. etc
.....
So i would just alternate
If I could get some opinions on this routine that would be excellent
