I have just recently change my form from a bent arm to a straight arm and i was wondering how i should align my release arm shoulder. Should it be directly behind my front shoulder.
If not what is the recommended location.

You can try it, to what extent you can make it work depends on bodytype. Expect to lose a little Draw Length, and watch for string clearance issues..

Bringing the front shoulder forward to try and align it with your bow arm and rear shoulder should gain you a little draw length if anything I'd say.
CG is right - depends largely on body type, I've seen some people who can do it extraordinarily well, and others who can't get it completely aligned.
For all those I have seen who have tried it and improved somewhat have benefited from it.

Not in my experience, you gain a little DL moving the bow hand (pivot point) back in line with the bow-arm/bow-shoulder/drawing-shoulder line, but you lose a little as your bow-string/drawing elbow/release hand line comes over. But it depends on body type, I have short thick arms, someone with leaner longer arms may get a more acute angle out of it..
