Tiller measurment

Hi if a 2 cam bow should the tiller measurment be the same ? If it is out by 10mm what effect would this have on the bow kncking point arrow etc? :o
Also any word on when James book on tuning compound bows be out?

It should be even or close to it , 10mm is too much ! :D
