hi,
how do we find out the right arrow length that match our bow?
do we need to bre shaft them and cut till they group or....?

The right length of arrow for your bow will depend on either if it is a recurve or compound, and also the person who will shoot it.....
The arrows (and the bow) should be set up for the person who will shoot it.
You will have to measure your draw length, and the arrow length is the same as your draw length, measured from the nock groove to the end of the shaft, not including the point.

With a compound it doesn't matter too much.
Many like theirs as short as possible to minimise wind drift and weight.
I shoot my Triples about 1.5" too long so they are heavier (384 grains) and thus minimises wind drift. I would be happy spine wise to cut them shorter, but right now I prefer the weight.
Recurve you want just a little long so you have room to move the clicker around.
In general just out the front of the bow is a good place to start
