I am new to Archery. I have a new PSE compound and have been practicing with for a couple of weeks now. I want to purchase a dozen PSE Carbon Dominators. My draw length is 26". My current arrows are around 27" to 27.5". A couple of questions.

1. What length of arrow should I use for when hunting with broadheads?
2. How many inches in front of my riser should my arrow extend?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

Length of the arrow should be that when you're back at full draw, the broadhead won't hit any part of your bow on release.

Depending on what your preference in setup is will determine how long you want the arrows.

Since you're mentioning broadheads, I assume hunting?
If that is the case, I think you want a heavy arrow for the most kinetic energy? Then you want a nice heavy arrow. The problem is if you make it too long past the riser, you might have tune problems as the broadheads can really throw out bow tuning...

But I'm probably the best person to answer.
My answer though, is the arrow length should be the same as your draw length, plus the broadhead.
