Long time no hear Gareth (if it's the same one that posted a while ago)
Well the Bernadini looks good. My sight isn't made anymore so I can't recommend it (rocks though)
Sure-Locs are great if you can afford them. AGF's are also really great sights.
Check out DVA's Equipment review section for some sight reviews.

Hi Gareth, I use the Bernadini compound target sight.
Check out my review here!http://www.dva.asn.au/reviews/article.lasso?id=10177
cheers :D
Cool thanks for that info guys. after a couple of emails to the guys at altservices i've decided to go for one of the agf sights but at least i've got all my gear now so the girlfriend can stop having kittens when the visa card bill turns up in the mail ! Unfortunatly i had to go into hospital last month so the thought of not physically being able to shoot is starting to annoy the hell out of me ! but hopefully in the next couple of weeks i'll be able to get down to your club and do the paperwork so i can start shooting again !
Thanks for your help and hopefully i'll be seeing you on the shooting line soon !

Good stuff. :)
Which AGF are you getting? I just bought the AGF compound sight and will review it very soon. So far it's awesome.
Head down on a Friday or Wednesday night if you like too as we are mostly there on those nights (we have no lives outside archery)

Geez talk about an old thread, many things have changed since 2001.
Copper John and SureLocs are great.
The new Shibuya compound sight looks great also.

I wouldn't use the Shibuya Compound on a fast heavy scoped compound.
I found the Carbon bar to be very flexible, and the scope liked to flap around.

Hi
I shoot a merlin classic recurve sight.
i didnt read on the posts if you shoot recurve or compound, but they make sights for both.
you can find both sights on www.merlinarcherycentre.co.uk or www.merlin-bows.co.uk
I find my sight just as good as any sure-lok, maybe better!
I think all sights a pretty similar though, just go for an affordable one you like!
