Arnt the M1's just rebadged FX's?

I cant see hoyt doing a whole lot to ceate a new limb that is second from the top of the range. especially when there is nothing really that much wrong with the FX limbs.

If this is the case i would say go for em, FX are great limbs :)

No, they're rebadged Vectors.

If you're buying from Altservices/UK, they charge the same for these as G3s. Might as well get the G3s...

Mm i think they are rebadged FX limbs because, why would rebadge them as vectors when its still avaliable? unless its just another way to get more money.

They're Vectors with a few bits added... different shape, slightly, and I think another layer of carbon?

Either way, the guy that designed them said they were basically Vectors with some additions. I tend to take his word for it on these things... :)

still, they're cheaper then G3s, might as well take them for a run.

If you buy from Alternative, they're a whopping, bank-breaking, huge saving of... 14 AUS dollars.

You can't afford an extra 14 bucks? :o

Dunno whether they'd be cheaper overall to buy from the US, but they certainly sell them for near enough the same price...

I have a pair of M1s and, according to Hoyt, they are indeed product improved Vector's, not just "rebadged". They have more layers of carbon and there are some other design details that Hoyt hinted at but didn't go into at length in our conversation.

My experience with the M1s is that they are everything the Vectors are in terms of smoothness with a little more performance. Also, I draw them back to 32.5" with absolutely no stacking.

Maybe the M1 is just the combined desighn of the vector and the FX, any how ill probably get the M1 first, then ill try the Samick extreme limbs or the G3 0X

Have you checked the price difference between the m1 and the extremes? You will probably find them quite close, in which case I would go straight for the extremes

Jay.G

yep i did, real real close infact the extreme is abit cheaper, its just ive ordered other things from the US like the Shibuya DX plunger and the Free flight elite so it would be better to just order all of them in one package or is it?

Depends on you import duty threshhold, if you exceed it you will get charged through the nose.

If the extreems are cheeper than the M1s I would definatly get them.

Yea, i reckon its probably the best for me to get the extream limbs, once i get the total price including shipping from lancaster back, ill decide but for the mean time im kinda sitting my self on the M1 side, because I also ordered 2 strings for the M1 limbs so im not sure if its good for the Samick extream limbs.

Hi

i shoot the M1 limbs and i dont think there is anything wrong with them

I dont know if they are rebadged FXs or Vectors, but they shoot really well

I shot them and thought they seemed faster than the G3s even though they are cheeper (there is a post somewhere on here about the M1s and the G3s). I spoke to someone that said that G3s are slower but more stable, but i find the M1s really stable and fast. I heard that test have been done somewhere comparing the M1s and the G3s and there is hardly any difference between the two.

it doesn't matter now, i've ordered the G3 limbs. :D :D :P 8)

The M1's are Vectors with and additional layers of carbon, and Tapered (instead of linear) foam. They also have the round edges like the CRX and Epics.
They are indeed faster than the Vectors, but slower than the G3's...They are kind of like a hybrid if you will or G3 speed (lol) and Vector stability...

And, yes I have shot and owned all 3 pairs...Plus winex, xpressions, and masters...
